The meeting was called to order by Mayor Martin at 7:10 p.m. Adequate notice of this meeting was provided as is required by the Open Public Meetings Law with advertising in the Home News Tribune and posting on the bulletin board. All present Pledged Allegiance to the Flag.

* REPORT OF MAYOR, COMMITTEES, BOROUGH ATTORNEY,
            BOROUGH ENGINEER, PUBLIC WORKS, PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEES
Mayor Martin commented on the importance of attendance at the meetings as well as the Borough activities. A commitment was made when we ran and it is not being followed.
Clmn. Perez gave a report on our financial status. He spoke with Dr. Brian Savage regarding the Board of Education finances and he stated as of November 16th, he has so to speak been taken out of the loop. Clmn. Perez will reach out to Tish Spinello to see what happen to the balance of the money in the check book and about the money they owe us. The Municipal Clerk asked if he could find out who our Truant Officer is as residents have complained about some children not attending school.
Clmn. Janeczek gave the Public Works Directors report on the projects that occurred during the year.
 
* NEW BUSINESS
The Clerk will call South Amboy to see if they are in need of Animal Control coverage.
The Clerk will request a copy of the last audit conducted for the Fire Department.
The resolutions for the Reorganization Meeting were discussed.
